  • 200g paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Vegetables (bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes)
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Add paneer and vegetables to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Skewer the marinated paneer and vegetables alternately.
  4. Grill or bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15-20 minutes or until charred.
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney.

Ingredients:

  • 200g paneer, cut into thin slices
  • 1 cup gram flour (besan)
