  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat the ghee and add the grated coconut.
  2. Pour in the condensed milk and mix well.
  3. Add the milk powder and cardamom powder, continuing to stir until the mixture thickens.
  4. Once it cools down slightly, mold the mixture into small balls (ladoo).
  5. Roll the ladoos in coconut flakes or chopped nuts if desired.
  6. Let them cool completely before serving.

Coconut Barfi

Coconut barfi is a rich and textured sweet that is often enjoyed during celebrations and festivals.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups grated fresh coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ghee

  5. Allow it to cool, then cut into square or diamond shapes.

Coconut Kheer

  • 1 cup rice (preferably basmati)
  • 4 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar

  2. Add the grated jaggery to the coconut mixture and stir until it dissolves.
  3. Mix well until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased plate and flatten it.
  5. Once cooled, cut into squares or bars.
