  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves

  1. In a blender, combine mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, ginger, and salt.
  2. Add the lemon juice and blend to achieve a smooth consistency.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, finely chopped

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
  2. Add the chopped cucumber, roasted cumin powder, coriander, green chili, and salt.

4. Tomato Chutney

  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Allow them to splutter.
