Instructions

Step 1: Preparing the Korma Base

Begin by heating the oil or ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and allow them to splutter. Then, toss in the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Step 2: Adding Aromatics

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté it for a minute until the raw smell disappears. Next, add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the mixture thickens and the oil separates.
