Heat oil in a pot, and sauté onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Incorporate lamb pieces and brown them. Add yogurt, red chili powder, garam masala, and spices. Cook until the lamb is tender, then serve with rice or naan.

3. Chicken Biryani

  • 500 grams of chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 4-5 green chilies, slit

  • 2-3 bay leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint and coriander leaves
