1. Fish Curry

  • Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • Incorporate chopped tomatoes and let them soften.
  • Stir in turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder.
  • Add coconut milk and let the mixture simmer.

2. Tandoori Fish

Ingredients: Whole fish (like snapper), yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and fresh coriander.

Method:

Method:
