  • 1 cup pitted dates, chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine the softened butter and honey until creamy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  5. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the chopped dates and walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Cream ghee and powdered sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add semolina, flour, cardamom powder, and baking powder, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly.
  5. Place them on the baking tray and garnish with chopped nuts.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden
