  • Ingredients: 500g fish (preferably kingfish), 1 cup coconut milk, 2 onions (sliced), 2 tomatoes (chopped), 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp red chili powder, salt to taste, and fresh coriander.

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  2. Add tomatoes, turmeric, and chili powder; cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a boil before adding fish pieces.
  4. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the fish is cooked.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.

2. Prawn Masala

Prawn Masala is an aromatic dish that combines prawns with a spicy, flavorful masala.

  • Ingredients: 500g prawns, 2 onions (finely chopped), 2 tomatoes (chopped), 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric, and salt to taste.

  2. Preheat the grill or oven to high.
