Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent. 2. Once the chickpeas are tender and the flavors have melded together, remove the pan from heat. 9. Garnish the Vegan Chana Masala with fresh cilantro leaves before serving. 10.
