Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pot and add cumin seeds. Sauté until they crackle.

3. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes soften.
4. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.

Instructions:
